The edge banding machine is designed with feed speed of 15-22m/min, suitable for straight line edging and trimming for a variety of wood panels including MDF, blockboard, solid wood board, particle board, polymer door panel, plywood, etc. to offer smooth and precise edge finishing. The basic configurations include pre-milling unit, gluing unit, 6-roller pressure system, end cutting unit, rough trimming unit, fine trimming unit, corner rounding unit, scraper unit, double buffing unit, electric lifting system and automatic lubrication system, as well as independently operated control panel to provide easy operation.
After manually placing the panel on the conveyor belt, this edgebander will automatically complete the entire edge banding process.
Automatic lubrication system circulates lubrication for smooth operation and prolonged service life of parts.
Dual-head pre-milling unit efficiently ensures burr-free and smooth cuts, resulting a perfect preparation for workpiece edge gluing.
Gluing unit is equipped for evenly applying hot melt glue on workpiece edges, it provides an excellent adhesion.
End cutting unit removes exceeding edging tape from the front and rear of the panel.
Rough trimming & fine trimming units perfectly remove upper and lower overhanging edges to give a smooth looking edging.
Corner rounding system guarantees that edging strip moves flexibly along the curved edge of workpiece during conveying process, providing accurate contour-tracing control for corner rounding unit to ensure optimal finish quality.
Scraper unit gives the smooth finishing result of PVC edges by removal of imperfections resulting from previous milling operations on the top and bottom of the edge.
Buffing unit improves panel finishing by polishing of the panel edges while eliminating glue residues.
